Pregnancy Related Discomfort

As beautiful as pregnancy is, it can also be a significant source of discomfort! 

The body undergoes some significant changes through pregnancy which can often lead to joint instability and irritation.

Common areas of discomfort during pregnancy include the shoulders, mid to lower back, pelvic joints and hips. Our aim is to decrease inflammation of irritated areas, encourage range of motion through gentle exercises as well as work towards joint stability and muscular integrity in relevant areas such as the pelvis during this time.
